2. The goods
Veloranatur Ltd supplies non-prescription personal sound amplification products, routine ear cleaning implements, and non-medicinal cosmetic ear care hygiene items intended solely for personal comfort and daily grooming. Our item descriptions detail what comes in each box, item counts, and materials. Photographs are representative, so outer packaging may vary slightly.
3. Ordering and contract
Your order is submitted once you finish checkout. We send a quick confirmation by email, and our sales agreement takes effect when we ship your goods. We reserve the option to decline an order if stock sells out or buyer details cannot be verified, in which case we refund your payment right away.
4. Prices and payment
Prices appear in USD and include relevant VAT. Postal fees are listed at checkout prior to final payment. We accept: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should an obvious pricing mistake happen, we will correct it before shipping and let you decide whether to proceed or cancel.
5. Delivery
Shipping choices, delivery schedules, and charges are detailed on our Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once it is delivered into your hands.
6. Product images and colours
We photograph the actual ear health tools we dispatch. Colors on your monitor depend on display settings, browser rendering, and room lighting, so minor color variations are not considered defects and do not justify free returns or compensation. Product pages list exact measurements, materials, and package contents.
7. Transfer of risk
We remain responsible for your parcel until the courier delivers it to you or someone you authorized at your address. At that point, risk of loss or damage transfers to you. If you spot exterior transport damage, please note it with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
You can send items back within 30 days of arrival following our Returns page instructions. Personal sound amplification units carry a 12-month commercial mechanical conformity guarantee against manufacturing defects, excluding routine battery depletion, wax accumulation damage, water immersion, or user mishandling.
- Individually customized ear tips, bespoke acoustic molds, or personalized hygiene accessories
- Perishable cleansing liquids, ear washes, or maintenance solutions with opened security seals
- Opened ear canal cleaning instruments, silicon tips, or ear hygiene devices where the sterile protective seal has been broken after delivery due to health protection and personal hygiene reasons
- Products that have been mixed inseparably with other liquids or foreign substances after physical delivery
- Unsealed software, digital sound profiles, or digital audio instruction guides delivered on sealed media
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable cross-border commercial statutes, the cumulative liability of Veloranatur Ltd is strictly limited to the direct purchase price paid for the product or $100.00, whichever amount is lower. Nothing within these purchase terms restricts any legal liability that cannot be excluded under statutory law.
10. Age and use
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from us. Ear care products should always be used according to package instructions, and they never replace clinical advice from a medical specialist.
11. Governing law and disputes
Under These terms and all sales agreements are governed by the commercial principles of international commercial contracts and applicable cross-border trade guidelines for international consumer sales., if we cannot sort out a concern together directly, any legal proceedings will take place before the competent court where our business is registered, without affecting your statutory consumer protections at home.
