Select cash on delivery or a bank transfer at checkout. An email with your personal order details arrives right away.

Dispatch
Items ordered before our daily cutoff leave our workshop that same working day, carefully packed and passed to a tracked courier.

Use and return
Follow the directions on the box for best ear comfort. If you decide it is not right for you, return it within 30 days as explained on our returns page.

Each set includes three sizes of soft silicone domes. Start with the smallest dome, insert it gently, and test if speech sounds clear without feeling tight. If you notice a whistling tone, move up one size to create a snug acoustic seal.
When is my order prepared and dispatched from Dundee?
Orders confirmed before 14:00 on business days are inspected, packed into rigid protective cartons, and processed for dispatch on the same afternoon. Details on delivery times and areas are provided on our dedicated delivery page.
What is your return process if the kit is unsuitable?
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items must be completely unused, untested, and in their original sealed packaging. Contact our Dundee team with your order number to arrange the return.
